Join Our Residents Programme & Develop Your Creative Practice.

Residents have the choice of letting a semi-private Studio Pod (£40-50 per month) or a large private Studio Office (£175 per month).  These are Jolt’s premium spaces for people who want to make a living in the creative industries.

Applications are now open until 26th Jan 2025.

You will get all the benefits of the Creator membership plus personalised support and mentoring with plenty of practical opportunities to develop and grow your creative practice.

Subject to availability and application. Residents are required to take an active part in the Jolt programme and develop their creative practice.

This is for you if…

You need more space or a dedicated space to work in.

You have an aspiration to create and innovate new cultural or artistic activity and have ambitions to grow from where you are in your career to a state of greater quality, creativity, impact or reach.  

You have an ambition to build a sustainable future for yourself in the creative industries but recognise you need support to get there.

You have a new or early stage idea, project, company or charitable creative cause that you would like to develop within the collaborative environment of Jolt Studios to help it grow.

Your idea has strong potential for growing commercial or cultural value.

You want to contribute to Gloucester’s growing cultural scene and impact on its community.

You are happy to support other creative individuals who want to work in the city by sharing your experiences and expertise.

You would be happy to move on from Jolt Studios once you have established and developed your creative practice and are now able to stand on your own two feet, making way for new people to take part and develop as you have.
